The GCFFS is an annual event to promote the sport of fly fishing in a friendly setting to exhibitors, fly fishers and the general public - a time to bring alll parties together for the general good of the sport. Our booth and admission prices remain low compared to other shows to cover expenses for bringing in top rated exhibitors, speakers and presenters. The show continues to grow each year in our spacious, comfortable and convenient venue. Our volunteers are available to help you from the time you arrive at our front door to helping you load out at the end of the show.

The Oasis Conference Center has easy access to Interstate 275 East (exit 54) in Northeastern Cincinnati and is close to restaurants and motels. The main vendor area will be located in a 15,000+ square foot exhibition room, giving you ample room to set up your displays.

Setup

Friday 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm - must be out of the building by 7:30 pm
Saturday 7:00 am - show opens at 9:00 am
Plenty of volunteers with carts to help you move in/out (Fri and Sat)
Complimentary coffee and donuts (Sat morning)

Exhibitors and vendors who are in need of a room are encouraged to book it at the Hilton Garden Inn, 6288 Tri Ridge Blvd, Loveland, OH, as soon as possible (link below). They are holding 20 rooms for vendors and exhibitors at a substantial discount!. It is located adjacent to I-275 East exit 54, approximately 2.5 miles from the fly show site. When these rooms have been booked, additional rooms will be made available if they still have rooms for the required date(s).

From I-75 or I-71 North or South

Take I-275 East to Wards Corner Road
Exit #54
Turn left (north) onto Wards Corner Road
Get into the right hand lane
As soon as you cross the interstate - watch for Aquarian Pools & Spas on your right
Turn right on Loveland-Miamiville Road
(County Road 75) in front of Aquarian
Go straight at the 4-way traffic light at Branch Hill - Guinea Pike
Turn left at the 4-way stop sign (Epiphany Church on NW corner) continuing on Loveland-Miamiville Road
Entrance to the Oasis Conference Center is the second drive on the left
